  1. Ellerbeck B&B and Cafe 140B are not going anywhere! We are proposing the city align our zoning with our current approved commercial use!

  2. We are proposing to add the cottage behind us (272 3rd Avenue) as another cafe and retail space (aka - more room for community!)

272 Third Ave Proposal

The community has shown so much support for Cafe 140B, it often has become quite crowded with lines out the door. Our community needs more space on this corner! As part of our rezone proposal, we want to turn the cottage behind Cafe 140 B into another coffee and retail space.
