MENU INCLUDES:
Choice of Loose Leaf Tea per person
Choice of Tea Sandwich (Cucumber Tomato, Deviled Egg, or Chicken Salad) per person
1 Large Citrus Herb Salad (to share!)
Three-tier pastry stands full of scrumptious desserts like Ellerbeck scones with clotted cream & jam, tarts, petit fours, chocolate strawberries, cookies, etc. (to share!)
SPACE INCLUDES:
Private use of Carriage House with large picnic tables & antique decor
1-2 Servers to attend your party
Event Bathroom in main Victorian house (Please note this is up a flight of stairs!)
TEA PARTY POLICIES
Requires Reservation. We request at least 3 days advance notice for Tea Party Reservations. Calendar opens 30 days in advance.
Reservations can be made online or by phone. $250 deposit required at time of reservation. Deposit is refundable if cancelled 3 days or more before day of rental. If cancelled under 3 days, deposit in retained as cancellation fee.
Tea Party must end by 4:30. Please ensure all gifts, decor, or personal belongings are removed by the end of rental time. Late check out fee: $50
Please leave the Carriage House as neat as possible. We will bus dishes and remove trash bags, but please ensure items are collected and the space is left neat. Additional cleaning fee: $50
$33per person / $250 minimum + taxes & 18% gratuity. $250 deposit will be applied to your final bill. Check may not be split.
BATHROOM: The Carriage House does not have it’s own bathroom. Guests must walk outside and up the side porch stairs to access our event restroom.
ACCESSIBILITY: Our property is not accessible for those with mobility restrictions or devices. The Carriage House has steps into the space and the bathrooms are up 7 stairs. Please keep this in mind when hosting your guests.
DIET RESTRICTIONS: We can do our best to accommodate diet restrictions like GF bread for tea sandwich. However, we cannot offer alternatives to the scones and pastries to make them GF or Vegan.
TOURING THE MANSION:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer tours through the Victorian Mansion during your party. The B&B is typically fully booked with guests and we are unable to allow non-guests through the space.
